I am a 360 business consultant specialising in the healthcare industry. Business Online Presence: Concurrently, PMZ Healthcare Outsourcing got a brand-new identity with a meticulously designed logo. The business website was revamped to reflect its values and dedication to healthcare. Furthermore, a well-researched social media content strategy was laid out to enhance the brand’s reach and engagement.

Team Formation: With the online structures in place, focus shifted to the team. We launched a recruitment initiative, successfully hiring an Executive Assistant, Staff Manager, Social Media Assistant, and a Virtual Assistant to form the core team that would drive PMZ Healthcare Outsourcing's operations seamlessly.
